Connect VS Code / Copilot

Point the client at https://mcp.biblemcpserver.com/mcp. Use a bmcp_test_ key or complete OAuth 2.1 with PKCE.

VS Code and Copilot Chat read .vscode/mcp.json or user MCP settings. Use the HTTP type so Copilot can reach the hosted Streamable HTTP endpoint.

If Copilot starts OAuth, complete sign-in at https://biblemcpserver.com/oauth/authorize, then tools/list should return 15 tools.
